Choosing the most suitable Estate Agent to market and sell your home is vitally important. It can mean the difference between getting the best possible price and selling in a reasonable time, depending on prevailing market conditions, or waiting in ‘limbo’ for many months and not getting a buyer. It is often difficult for a prospective seller to know who to choose to meet their personal requirements, provide the most effective marketing, and ultimately achieve the best price.

Certain Estate Agents are better for certain styles and types of homes. Even then their niche in a certain sector of the market can change.
