My Estate Agency career started in Harrogate in 1973 working for a partnership with offices in Harrogate and Knaresborough. I formed my own independent partnership of Estate Agents & Surveyors in Harrogate in 1984.

The Property Consultancy was launched in 1996. This initially provided a service to corporate clients, advising New Home Builders, acting on their behalf in the valuation, marketing and sale of new and part exchange homes throughout the North of England. Numerous requests were also received from previous clients to help and advise on the sale and marketing of their homes. In Spring 1999 this unique service was advertised for the first time, growing rapidly with a high level of recommendations from both past and present clients, contributing towards its continuing success.

Although my Consultancy is based in the North Yorkshire Spa town of Harrogate, where I have valued and sold thousands of homes in and around the surrounding areas, I also receive instructions from much further afield and assist with sales and purchases throughout the country.

A Fellow (Honoured) of The National Association of Estate Agents and a past President of The Harrogate & District Estate Agents Association, I am also a past Chairman of the Yorkshire Branch of The National Association of Estate Agents and serve on the Committee. For nine years I was a member of the HomeLink Management Committee (National & International referral network of the NAEA).
